My playing philosophy is based on good technique, plenty of movement off the ball and good possession with the intent to penetrate opposition at the earliest opportunity, and using a zonal back four.
At this age I believe the practices should be based upon instilling my playing philosophy, working on areas the previous game has shown to be weak or working tactically around upcoming opponents.
